TC Tech Bio Bags, Sterile Fluid Storage and Liquid Handling

Fluid Components offers TC TECH’s complete range of ‘off the shelf’ bio bags, custom bio bags and disposable fluid handling products for GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Single use bio bags, also called buffer bags or media bags, are widely used to replace stainless steel vessels, plastic carboys, or other rigid containers for liquid storage.

Two different bag configurations are in stock ranging in size from 60mL – 200L, gamma irradiated and ready to use complete with certifications. 50L, 100L and 200L bags are designed to fit cylindrical tanks. 500L and 1,000L bags are designed to fit into the PolyTote container.

Bio bags can used with Dual Wall Heating & Cooling Tanks to control temperature of biopharmaceutical fluids.

Bio bags are available from 10mL – 1,000L+, both in 2D and 3D designs and can be made to fit into just about any container specified. Custom bags and tubing manifolds are designed specifically to meet your process needs. Our custom designs maximize ease of use, process efficiency and product recovery.
